The Only Motel in Town

Waimakariri
Reference: CA234
Motel / Motor Lodge
Business Lease $350,000

This profitable and easily run operation provides a rare entry level opportunity at this price. Revenue is derived from six attractive modern units plus a separate two-bedroom house for families or groups.

A separate three-bedroom manager's residence with good living areas completes the picture. All of this just a short walk to the restaurants, cafes and other amenities offered in Kaiapoi.

Being the only motel in Kaiapoi, this property does very well. A complex of this size could possibly be operated by one partner, whilst the other had separate employment. This would provide a good living as well as the usual perks of motel operation in relation to the owner's accommodation.

The lease offered is for the six large motel units, two-bedroom unit and the three-bedroom manager's residence.

If looking for a profitable business at this affordable level, an early enquiry is recommended.
